3. Account Registration and Security

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure
aic365 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, abuse of bonuses, breach of these Terms, underage registration, or failure to complete identity verification. Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to any open investigation.

12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
12.3 Entire Agreement
